Our Story
A business built to last.
Sigma Metaliks was founded in 1998 with the belief that a business could be profitable and socially and environmentally responsible.
Over the years, this business philosophy has been transformed into a commitment to achieve a sustainable enterprise with specific financial, social and environmental goals.
Sigma Metaliks offers customers a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the heart of Bangalore’s industrial estate, Peenya. With a collection of CNC machines from across the globe, supported by other machines, we manufacture a large number of customised assemblies and components every month.
Scope of Manufacturing
Ready-to-use assemblies, made on CNC.
Ready-to-use assemblies manufactured on CNC laser cutting, CNC punching and CNC bending of sheet metal components — racks, sub-racks, card cages, enclosures and related parts.
CNC Laser Cutting
Bystronic (Switzerland) 3015, 3 kilowatt laser cutting sheet up to 20mm thick.
CNC Punching
Muratec turret punch presses, 20–25 ton capacity across 44 tool stations.
CNC Bending
Amada press brakes from 25 to 80 tons, forming panels up to 2500mm.
Our Specialisation

Supplied as ready-to-use assemblies, manufactured to the customer’s configuration at our Peenya facility.
