Before you write
What to include in an enquiry
The more of the following you can send, the sooner we can confirm feasibility, lead time and price. We are specialised in telecom and electronic racks, sub-racks and card cages.
Drawing or sample
A drawing, a CAD file or a sample part. A dimensioned sketch is enough for us to begin.
Material and thickness
The grade of sheet and the thickness required. Our laser cuts sheet up to 20mm thick.
Quantity and schedule
Prototype, batch or repeat order quantities, and the delivery dates you are working to.
Finish
Whether the parts are to be powder coated and in which shade, or supplied uncoated.
Tolerances and hardware
Critical dimensions, plus any inserts, studs or fasteners to be clinched or riveted in.
Assembly and dispatch
Whether you need loose components or ready-to-use assemblies, and the delivery location.
