Our Process

From flat sheet to finished assembly.

Our process includes CNC punching, CNC laser cutting, CNC bending, MIG and TIG welding, finishing and powder coating, and final assembly.

Disciplined, well defined floor layouts ensure high levels of efficiency, quality and defects-free output. Special focus is given to housekeeping all through the process line; quality and aesthetics is a core value.

Step 01

CNC Laser Cutting

Blanks are profiled on a Bystronic 3 kilowatt laser, cutting up to 20mm thick sheet.

Step 02

CNC Punching

Muratec Motorum turret punch presses of 20 and 25 tons, each with 44 tool stations.

Step 03

CNC Bending

Amada NC and CNC press brakes from 25 to 80 tons, forming panels up to 2500mm.

Step 04

MIG & TIG Welding

ABB IRB1410 robot welding alongside Esab MIG and TIG stations for structural and precision joins.

Step 05

Finishing & Powder Coating

Time Saver deburring across 600mm width leaves parts clean and paint-ready for powder coating.

Step 06

Final Assembly

LCM clinching and riveting, fitment and build-up of the complete unit before dispatch.
