Muratec turret punch presses, 20–25 ton capacity across 44 tool stations.
CNC Bending
Amada press brakes from 25 to 80 tons, forming panels up to 2500mm.
Welding
Robotic ABB welding plus Esab MIG and TIG stations for structural and precision joins.
Deburring & Finishing
Time Saver deburring across 600mm width for clean, safe, paint-ready parts.
Assembly & Coating
LCM clinching and riveting, powder coating and final assembly before dispatch.
